OS=Windows home xp, 2 cd-roms drives (dvd reader, cd-rw)

I just sold a mobo with an amd x2 and 1gig of ram for 80.

100 sounds about right. p4's are a dime a dozen now. It's just a web browsing machine. I use p4's for smoothwall firewalls now.

I was thinking around 200, maybe throw in a small lcd monitor. It runs steam games pretty well. Thanks for the advice

Computers lose their value so fast, the minute you open the box it loses 20 percent of its value or so I would say. Then every year it loses another 20.

P4's are near worthless in resale value these days, however they still make excellent internet surfing/bittorrent/p0rn/word processing/messing around pcs

haha good idea dwn. Shit, if I can get it to stay stable enough i mite just use that as my new gaming machine. The machine im using now is practically the same specs.
